This Return & Refund Policy governs the conditions under which product replacements may be granted. By placing an order with Tech Bikreta, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stipulated herein. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Sales Terms & Conditions.
1. General Policy: Finality of Sale
• All sales are considered final upon successful delivery and acceptance of the product by the customer.
• Tech Bikreta operates on a strict no-refund basis. We do not grant monetary refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we offer a replacement for eligible products, contingent upon the fulfillment of the conditions outlined below.
2. Mandatory Inspection at Point of Delivery
• It is the customer's absolute responsibility to inspect the product(s) thoroughly in the presence of the delivery agent upon receipt.
• This inspection is to ensure the product is physically intact, free from any shipping damage, and is the correct item as ordered.
• By accepting the delivery, the customer formally acknowledges that the product has been received in an acceptable condition.
3. Eligibility for Replacement
A product is only eligible for replacement if one of the following conditions is met and reported at the time of delivery:
• Damage on Arrival: The product exhibits clear physical damage (e.g., cracks, dents, broken parts) that occurred during transit.
• Internal Malfunction: The product fails to function as intended due to an internal manufacturing defect, which is ascertainable upon initial inspection and testing.
4. The Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement claim, the customer must adhere to the following procedure without deviation:
• Step 1: Immediate Notification: The customer must reject the damaged or malfunctioning item and immediately inform the delivery agent of the specific issue. Simultaneously, the customer must contact Tech Bikreta customer service while the delivery agent is still present.
• Step 2: Provision of Evidence: The customer is required to provide sufficient and clear evidence of the damage or malfunction. This may include, but is not limited to, high-resolution photographs, videos demonstrating the fault, and a detailed description of the issue.
• Step 3: Verification: Tech Bikreta will review the provided evidence to validate the claim. We reserve the right to conduct our own assessment.
• Step 4: Replacement Dispatch: Upon successful verification and approval of the claim, a replacement unit will be dispatched to the customer. The logistics and timeline for the replacement will be communicated accordingly.
5. Conditions Voiding Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will not be granted under the following circumstances:
• Customer-Induced Damage: Any external damage, malfunction, or defect caused by the customer's mishandling, improper use, accident, or any action post-acceptance of the delivery.
• Post-Delivery Claims: Any claim of physical damage or malfunction made after the delivery agent has departed and the product has been formally accepted.
• Lack of Sufficient Proof: Failure to provide clear, convincing evidence of the defect or damage as required by Tech Bikreta.
6. Product Warranty
• The warranty status of each product is explicitly stated in its corresponding description on our website.
• If no warranty period or condition is mentioned in the product description, the product is sold on an "as-is" basis and is not covered by any warranty from Tech Bikreta.
7. Final Authority
• Tech Bikreta reserves the sole right to assess the eligibility for a replacement. Our decision in all dispute matters shall be final and binding.
• We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
