General Terms • All sales conducted through Tech Bikreta are subject to these Sales Terms & Conditions. • By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. • Tech Bikreta reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Pricing & Payment • Product Prices: All listed product prices are final and non-negotiable. • Currency: Prices are displayed in BDT(Bangladeshi Taka) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified at checkout. • Payment Methods: We accept online payments as per the available payment methods. Customers must follow the on-site instructions for secure processing. • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or acknowledgement of payment or after acknowledgment of Cash on Delivery (COD). 3. Shipping & Delivery • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight and delivery location. If an order exceeds the maximum weight for the selected shipping rate, additional charges will apply and will be communicated before dispatch. • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during checkout. Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics, holidays, government-holidays, off-days, week-ends or unforeseen circumstances. • Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure accurate delivery details (name, address, contact number, etc.) to avoid failed or delayed deliveries. 4. Order Cancellations • Tech Bikreta reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions: • Unavailability of stock. • Customer request with a valid reason (subject to approval). • Non-response or lack of updates from the customer. • Irrevocable Orders: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. • Confirmed & Shipped Orders: Customers are obligated to receive the product upon delivery without failure or obstruction. 5. Customer Data & Privacy • Data Collection: Customer details such as name, email address, phone number, and shipping address are collected during order placement. • Data Usage: Information is stored securely in our database to ensure smooth processing of current and future orders. • Data Retention: Even if an order is cancelled, customer details will remain in our secure database for record-keeping and fraud-prevention purposes. • Data Protection: We do not share customer credentials with third-party entities unless required by law. 6. Customer Conduct • Prohibited Activities: Customers engaging in fraudulent transactions, abusive behavior, spamming, or misuse of our services may be permanently banned from placing future orders. • Reviews & Feedback: Tech Bikreta reserves the right to block, remove, or moderate reviews containing abusive, vulgar, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate language or content. 7. Rights & Liabilities • Limitation of Liability: Tech Bikreta is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion. • Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or technical issues). 8.
